陸配爭取修法　縮短申請身分證年限

【何哲欣／台北報導】移民／移住人權聯盟上午舉行記者會說，依現行《台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例》規定，大陸配偶可在台灣申請依親居留，居留滿4年，可以申請長期居留，再經過2年，可以申請在台灣定居，才能申請身分證，但相較於外籍配偶，在台灣居住滿3年，就可以取得身分證，一樣是配偶，卻有明顯的差別待遇，這是對陸配的歧視！

移盟說，雖然兩岸關係特殊，但陸配與外配同為台灣人的配偶，不應有不同的標準，行政院已提案修法，將陸配取得身分證的年限從6年減為4年，卻在立法院延宕至今，呼籲立委儘速通過修法。

到場致意的藍委江啟臣說，希望立院修法，不要太政治化，下會期希望能過關。
