雙子星案 郝龍斌未鬆口廢標

（中央社記者黃麗芸台北5日電）雙子星案昨天偵結，是否廢標？台北市長郝龍斌今天表示，盼司法能釐清真相，目前此案仍在進行審定條件擬定。

台北地檢署偵辦雙子星案，昨天偵結，依背信罪起訴前台北市財政局長邱大展等5人，邱大展昨天發表聲明，強調自己「一生清廉自持、兢兢業業」，一定會透過司法證明清白。

郝龍斌出席「台北市庇護工場中秋節產品宣導記者會」，會後接受媒體聯訪時做上述表示。

他表示，雙子星案尊重司法判決；但因目前尚未看到起訴書內容，將看到後再做最後的評估；現在雙子星案仍在進行審定條件擬定。

郝龍斌說，希望法院能夠釐清真相，他個人覺得邱大展是一個勇於任事的官員。1020905
