彰化高鐵站後年完工 縣府規劃200公頃特定區 | http://ppt.cc/Z8x4 隨著高鐵彰化站將於104年6月完工，縣府也在田中當地規畫超過200公頃的車站特定區， 完工後將納入全台1日生活圈範圍，同時配合中科二林園區的發展，期待能為田中帶來優 質的生活環境與繁榮願景。 地政處長王銀和昨日在田中地政所舉行記者會指出，高鐵彰化站特定區段徵收，含蓋田中 鎮與社頭鄉，東以縱貫鐵路為界，西至斗中路（縣道150），南北兩側以主要計畫範圍為 界，總計面積約為204公頃。 剔除密集建物區的第2種住宅區（魚寮社區、外三塊厝社區）與零星工業區、車站專用區 後，實際面積為183.43公頃。而與高鐵區段徵收僅有一路（大社路）之隔的田中鎮外三塊 厝農地重畫，面積143公頃，將於近期完工，目前已完成土地登記及交耕作業。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.141.127
