因迫害法輪功而被起訴的中共30名高官

【大紀元2013年09月05日訊】（新紀元週刊341期，記者丁誠、文華報導）發動迫害法輪功的元凶江澤民，從2002至2007年，先後在全球30個城市和地區，被以「酷刑罪」、「反人類罪」和「群體滅絕罪」等多項罪名，在50多個刑事和民事訴訟案中被起訴。這堪稱21世紀人類最大的訴訟案。

這30名被海外法庭起訴的中共高官，他們被指控的罪名主要有：酷刑罪、反人類罪、群體滅絕罪、參與謀殺、酷刑和綁架罪、誹謗罪、煽動屠殺和迫害罪、教唆酷刑、教唆仇恨罪等。

這30位中共官員一旦出國，就可能面臨被法庭繩之以法或被驅逐出境，甚至包括他們的家屬也會成為不受歡迎的人。下面是這30位被法輪功學員在國外法庭正式立案起訴的中共官員的名稱和被起訴地點。
