美參院委員會授權動武　禁止地面部隊參戰

【綜合報導】美國參議院外交關係委員會4日通過決議，授權美國政府對敘利亞動用武力，但禁止地面部隊參戰，參院下周復會後將針對此決議進行全院表決。

白宮8月31日正式向國會提交決議草案，要求國會授權對敘利亞動武。參議院外交關係委員會3日舉行聽證會，國務卿凱瑞、國防部長海格、美軍參謀長聯席會議主席鄧普西聯袂出席。

委員會4日召開閉門會議，3個小時後以10比7的表決結果通過。美國動武時限為60天，在提前通知國會的前提下，行動可延長30天，共計90天，禁止美軍派出地面部隊參戰。
