宏達電(2498-TW)今(4)日公佈8月份自結合併營業收入，為132億元，較7月的157億元，月減15.9%，年減少45.18%，累計前8月自結合併營業收入為1424億元，宏達電營運不如預期，今日還驚爆內鬼案主謀是大陸官方，對此，宏達電不予回應。

週刊報導，檢調查出，疑似洩漏機密的宏達電首席設計師簡志霖等人，與大陸合作的對象是四川省成都市政府，成都官方以優渥條件，要求簡志霖帶著技術和少許資金出走，大部分資金、設廠、生產及行銷，全部由成都市政府成立的公司負責。

對於這項傳聞，宏達電再度表示，宏達電向來注重員工的道德與廉潔操守，亦重視公司創意、智慧財產以及公司機密的保護，如有任何違反情形，必定毋枉毋縱，本案目前已進入檢調偵辦，基於偵查不公開，不便進一步評論。

宏達電今日盤中傳出內鬼案主謀是大陸官方，股價立刻被打到跌停137.5元亮燈，成交24943張，日K收黑，股價創近8年來新低。
