減資 國巨5日起暫停買賣

(中央社記者鍾榮峰台北4日電)被動元件大廠國巨先前公告辦理現金減資完成實收資本額變更登記。按照相關時程，國巨減資股票5日起暫停買賣，新有價證券上市買賣日期為9月18日。

國巨先前公告，此次現金減資約新台幣66.15億元，用以提昇股東權益報酬率及公司每股獲利能力，妥善運用資金辦理現金減資退還股東；減資比率約為30%。

國巨減資前實收資本額約220.53億元，減資後實收資本額約154.37億元；減資前每股淨值15.79元，減資後每股淨值18.27元。

國巨也公告預計換股作業計畫，9月7日為減資股票最後過戶日；減資股票停止過戶期間從9月8日起至9月17日；減資股票停止買賣期間從9月5日起至9月17日；減資換發股票基準日為9月12日。

新有價證券上市暨舊有價證券終止上市買賣日期為9月18日。1020904
