新手慢慢跑很不錯的慢跑方式!!

我從7月底開始想要減肥所以決定慢跑運動,身高175體重87!

以往也曾經好幾次想慢跑減肥但都心有餘而力不足,每次跑沒多久腳就很酸所以沒幾天就放棄了!

這次慢跑一開始也曾經想放棄,後來在這個版看到某位大大建議可以用慢慢跑方式先去適應體能!

也是因為有心儀的對象所以告訴自己要堅持下去,所以開始用慢慢跑訓練自己!!

剛開始還不知道慢慢跑時跑一公里跑不完而且感覺自己快死了,之後用慢慢跑先跑一公里走一公里,一次跑+走4公里~到可以一次跑2公里走1公里,慢慢加可以一次跑完3公里走1公里!!

到現在目前可以一次跑完5公里,1公里/7分!!現在體重是82!

現在我也很喜愛慢跑!個人覺得慢慢跑很不錯~
