中小學性教育 教部定期抽查

（中央社記者陳至中台北4日電）避免9月墮胎潮，教育部緊盯中小學性教育，並著重愛滋病防治宣導，要求地方政府每年至少抽查28校，確定健康教育課程有正常進行。

愛滋病感染族群逐漸年輕化，根據衛生福利部統計，101年15至24歲新增通報感染者，較前一年度增加16.9％，其中9成以上都是透過性行為感染。

教育部將校院性教育和愛滋病防治結合，於日前舉辦的教育局處長會議中提出正式報告，每年調訓中小學校長、主任、教師和護理人員。

有些學校健康教育被「借課」，沒有正常教學，導致年輕學子錯失接收正確性知識的機會，教育部要求地方教育單位抽查，每年至少28校。

性教育課程不再只是看看器官插圖、套套保險套了事。教育部指出，性教育應以學生為主體，配合衛生福利部青少年保健門診，提供兩性交往、避孕方法諮詢，甚至包括事後緊急避孕、非預期懷孕處理、相關性病治療等，都在涵蓋範圍內。

另外，以往性侵害、性騷擾自我保護都著重於女性，教育部要求擴及男性學生，不要以為男生都不會遇到。相關法律觀念、求助管道都需讓學生清楚瞭解。1020904
