外籍英師設局　巧詐攝學生猥行起訴

【洪振生、陳宏銘／屏東報導】一名擔任屏東某高中英文課外籍教師的男子，向學生佯稱要介紹姪女，並佯設「姪女」郵件信箱與學生通信，宣稱有意「作愛」騙取學生配合拍攝生殖器，屏東地檢署昨將外籍男子依違反兒童及少年性交易防制條例起訴。
 
外籍男子與被害高中生是師生關係，他曾付費425美金觀看菲律賓兒童網路色情網站，台灣檢警在今年8月接到英國兒童性剝削及網路保護中心等單位通知，赴男子住處起出他為學生拍攝的猥褻照片。
