標題[請益] 擦的A酸牌子

我看到版上滿熱烈討論A酸的 今年快20 因為本身皮膚算油性 常長粉刺.閉鎖性粉刺.痘痘 臉上還常常長粉瘤ˊˋ 這幾年皮膚變很差，不過我知道是自己飲食和作息不正常，現在也盡量調整，有擦過杏仁酸和水楊酸但是還是沒有變好，想要擦A酸看看，但是看到好多牌子 什麼愛思索 . 痘膚潤.第一代第三代A酸什麼的 看了好混亂…想請問各位哥哥姊姊有沒有推薦哪個牌子的A酸擦了有效但脫皮不會太嚴重的(因為工作要化妝)？還有一但擦了是不是就要一直擦下去(版上好多擦好多年)停了又會長嗎？ PS:手機排版不好意思>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.12.128.135
