武漢汙染死魚 漂浮30公里

長江中下遊的兩湖平原地區，自古素有「魚米之鄉」之稱，但其中一條府河的武漢段，近日出現大量死魚，屍體綿延30公里。有關單位調查後，初步認定是企業排污所致，已經責令停產整頓。

死魚出現在府河孝感段、武漢東西湖、黃陂段沿河，其中以下游最嚴重。有居民反應，一開始浮上來的都是大魚，後來變成群的小魚，河水還逐漸變綠，仔細一聞，有一股令人作嘔的異味，手摸過河水後，皮膚有灼燒感。

死魚事件發生後，武漢市政府嚴令沿岸各級政府部門緊急組織人員打撈，嚴防死魚流入市場，同時要求轄區內醫院一旦發現有中毒病人立即上報。

湖北省環保廳組織3日召開應急處置工作專題會。根據監測結果和現場排查情況，初步認定是雙環公司超標排污，導致河水氨氮濃度嚴重超標，造成魚類大量死亡。

目前，環保廳已責成孝感市環保局責令雙環公司停產整頓，並繼續對該公司進行調查取證，進一步核實原因，將依法進行處理。
