大家好，我是今年7月中剛退伍的新鮮人， 我目前找到一份球場的場務人員， 薪資是24、25k， 面試主管是說有含勞健保， 請問意思是我的薪資25000裡面還會再扣勞健保的費用， 所以實領不到25000的意思嗎？ 那這樣扣掉後我會大約實領多少？ 想請問現在公司都是會含在薪資裡還是會另外公司自己負擔？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.245.65.180

→ usebbs:對~實領大概22k-23k。正派公司會有'雇主負擔'部分，個人有 09/04 12:57

→ usebbs:正常來說，雇主負擔會另外繳，員工自費部分就從薪資扣，所 09/04 13:13

→ usebbs:以公司跟你說有含勞健保通常是直接從你薪資內扣除你自費額 09/04 13:14
