秦日新詐領62萬補助　遭監院彈劾

【綜合報導】前年我駐斐濟代表處爆發詐領補助費與性騷擾醜聞，監察院昨以不實支領配偶眷屬補助費長達44個月，總計62萬餘元等違失，彈劾駐斐濟前代表秦日新。監委陳健民重話砲轟秦日新，「溢領補助款、玩忽法令、舉止可議」；而已婚秦日新與日籍外交人員黑川愛子密集通話，還半夜熱線，監委批「超乎常情聯繫」。監院昨將全案移送公務員懲戒委員會審議。

外交部發言人高安表示，秦日新目前停職中，外交部會配合公懲會審議結果處理後續相關作業。外交官員透露，秦日新目前領半薪，每個月約兩萬多元。
