幫朋友代PO 請問一下板上先進 小弟朋友國立科大學士畢，目前拿到這三家offer 公司 增格 晟陽 艾笛森 地點 台中 台中 台北中和 職務 研發業務工程師 化工技術工程師 研發一部/助理工程師 薪水 N N N+5 (試用三個月後調薪 (保證14個月，三節) 保證14個月，三節) 住所 家裡 家裡 公司宿舍 交通 騎車30分鐘 騎車10分鐘 騎車10分鐘 工時 0800-1630 0800-1700 0800- ? 增格 感覺福利很少，可是老闆是個教授，感覺跟在身旁會學到滿多東西的，因為工作內 容是接觸客戶，把客戶要的東西做出來(複合材料的添加劑) 晟陽 福利感覺給的不錯，但她的工作內容是承包客戶的製程用到的添加劑的檢測，大概 就是去客戶那取水回來檢驗，且要了解客戶的製程系統 艾笛森 工作內容是做研發，大概就是光電業的一般研發內容。 我想要問的是，姑且不問薪資及福利，以工作內容來看，哪個工作會比較有前瞻性？未來 的發展性比較高？因為是第一份工作會想要學多一點東西，我是一個不怕吃苦且接受的滿 高的人，所以傳產跟科技業都不排斥。 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.44.130
