華視董事長趙雅麗9月中將卸任

公視目前正在徵選總經理，華視也將加入徵選總經理的行列；並且將採「同一套辦法」、由兩個董事會的所有成員共同擔任遴選委員，遴選出新的總經理。

公視董事長邵玉銘今天表示，公視擁有華視逾83%股分。依往例應由公視派出11名法人代表擔任華視董事。8月底，公視召開董事會時已有10名公視董事有意願兼任華視董事，另有1席尚在徵詢中。預計在本月中旬華視召開新的董事會時，他將與現任華視董事長趙雅麗正式交接。

邵玉銘說，公視正在遴選總經理，估計月底可以選出公視總經理；而華視緊追在後，估計可在10月中旬選出新的總經理。

華視董事會去年元月召開董事會議，通過由時任公視及華視董事長的趙雅麗兼任華視總經理一職。去年8月下旬，趙雅麗辭去兼任華視總經理；董事會通過由世新大學系副教授關尚仁接任總經理。
