開學孩子收心否 幾招可分辨

（中央社記者陳至中台北3日電）中小學開學已數日，孩子收心了嗎？教育部建議家長，可從生活作息、人際關係、網路使用等狀況分辨。

全國中小學已於上週五正式開學，經過長達2個月的暑假，許多學生呈現開學症候群，而其中又難以忘懷網路世界佔多數。

教育部資訊及科技教育司建議可從幾個面向，瞭解孩子是否收心。包括日常生活作息是否回歸正常，早上起床的精神狀況。家中電腦最好放在客廳而非臥房，比較容易控管，但有些孩子會趁家人入睡後，熬夜用手機上網，也必須留意。

常見的網路沉迷症狀，包括精神散漫、人際溝通能力下降，可以多瞭解孩子與同學互動的狀況。平時晚上家人一起聊天說八卦、分享生活瑣事或國際大事，也是一個幫忙收心的好方法。

不過，言教不如身教，教育部建議年輕爸媽，要避免孩子沉迷網路，自己也要做好榜樣。假日不要「宅」在電腦前，帶孩子去郊山走走、操場跑跑步，接觸其他的休閒活動，避免過度依賴3C產品，才能真正遠離網路沉迷。1020903
