中華電信拜託你積極一點好不好?

2年前我申請中華電信50M光世代,因當時中華無法申裝100M所以我付了違約金轉租有線電視寬頻,
但現在我想要在租用中華電信時,好笑的事情發生了,竟然要我裝設20M/5M的方案,
客服說我家線路有到100M/40M了但是目前因為缺設備所以無法申裝,
時間過了2年網路沒成長還倒退魯?那兩年後是不是要我申裝5M就好?

這真是讓人無法接受,如果說要開挖馬路需要申請路權所以無法施工我還能理解,
但目前原因僅是因為"缺設備"中華卻遲遲不願意加掛設備施工,
還說今年100M涵蓋率要到100%,這可能嗎?
我家是中壢市區都無法安裝了,何況是其他路段?
中華的線路規劃組人員是已經睡著了嗎?

我2個月前有接到中華線路規劃回電說我這條路段已經將光纖工程發包出去了,但為何到現在還無法申裝?

他們中華的工程師有說,如果你家的線路規劃是碰到那種待退的..
基本上是不會積極去規劃施工..
那就有得等了..
