黃色小鴨不見了　全民來找黃色小鴨

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市議長黃景泰，20日上午偕同荷蘭藝術家霍夫曼，在海洋廣場共同主持「黃色小鴨划進基隆港」記者會場上，主辦單位特別仿造1隻高160公分的黃色小鴨，由於民眾爭相拍照，會後仍暫時擺放現場，供市民觀賞，未料21日中元普渡夜後，小鴨就不翼而飛了，主辦單位昨已報警處理，市議會今日上午，將在海洋廣場再度召開記者會，但此次則是請全民一起來尋找黃色小鴨！
