好心的房仲朋友告知，多數是因為原賣主主人為了消防灑水頭的定期測試而頭痛。

該主人好幾次回家後，都會發現某室內大量灑出水來，是因當天也會同該管區的公家消防隊前來測試做報告。>這可以不必事先通知住戶的，防災失火測試不必事先通知，否則沒有意義。

買有消防灑水頭的低樓層，通常是工業住宅；如2樓以上就設有消防灑水頭的，最好別碰。

但買一般住宅大樓高樓層，都是有消防灑水頭，但價值本應折扣，為何沒折扣的原因多是為了高視野景觀來炒作的。

由上所述，如果是我，我會選沒有消防灑水頭的樓層(只有被安裝上煙火警報器)哦~這才是住家最好選擇。

難到有人要三更半夜時，天花板被灑出一堆水哦~
