奇怪的牆面需要整平

大家好
我家的屋齡大約三十年，位於台北市
當時牆面似乎流行著很詭異的樣式...
牆面凹凸不平...

本來想用google搜尋看看有沒有人
跟我家的情況一樣
但無奈這種牆面我實在抓不到關鍵字
所以乾脆直接發問了

請問這種牆面要整平該怎麼處理
是要打掉直到看到磚的部分嗎？
還是可以直接弄平？
如果請師傅來做大概要多少錢呢？
