謝依涵認殺人 強調還有良心 圖保命

士林地方法院審理八里雙屍命案已經進入尾聲，今天上午開庭是法院宣判前最後一次言詞辯論。被告謝依涵雖然認了殺人罪，但她希望法官不要判她重刑，還聲請當初替她測過謊的刑事局測謊人員出庭，以證明她其實還有良心。

八里雙屍命案進入辯論終結。被控殺害富商陳進福夫婦的被告謝依涵，聲請傳喚當初替她測過謊的刑事局測謊專家林故廷當出庭作證，證明她良心未泯，好讓法官在宣判前能審酌量刑。

林故廷證稱，當初測謊後，發現謝依涵有兩題未過，所以他對謝依涵曉以大義，勸謝依涵想想被害人家屬，謝依涵才聲淚俱下坦承犯案，並寫下自白書。林故廷開完庭後面對媒體詢問，態度非常低調 。

死者家屬的委任律師魏憶龍說，家屬要向老闆呂炳宏、兩名股東(股東不是歐石城、鍾典峰)跟謝依涵四人請求連帶賠償150萬元，因為他們之間有雇傭關係。

命案爆發前，謝依涵是媽媽嘴咖啡店的女店長，命案爆發後丟了工作，而她被控在今年2月對熟客陳進福、張翠萍夫婦下藥，並將兩夫妻帶到咖啡店附近的紅樹林中持刀殺害，最後被檢方以強盜殺人等罪嫌起訴。
