台商省匯差 淪詐騙幫助犯

〔記者吳昇儒／基隆報導〕基隆市刑大偵四隊去年偵辦一宗詐騙集團案件，發現部分贓款竟匯入台商家人在台灣的戶頭，經查發現，台商葉守勤涉嫌與中國籍女子方秀嬌合作，抓準台商若要匯錢回台灣想省匯差及手續費的心態，一旦有台商想將錢匯回國內，就要在台灣的車手將詐騙集團的騙款匯入台商家人在台的戶頭，再請台商在對岸將人民幣直接交給方女，再由葉將錢轉給藏身中國的詐騙集團手中。

31歲的葉男日前到案說明，表示有私下替台商匯款，每幫忙兌換500萬元台幣，可獲2萬元，但否認是協助詐騙集團，表示相關資料放在中國，警方昨依違反銀行法及洗錢防制法將葉男函送檢方偵辦。
