標題[問題] 離職後被扣薪水

去一家新公司上班二個月，六月份報到，任職業務工作， 面試時，老板說二種領薪方式， 1.底薪20000+抽成高 2.底薪28000+抽成低 因為沒做過業務，所以選2， 第一個月領薪水時，領到1的薪資 老板希望體諒這是新公司，老板說該給的不會少給.. 因為這裡員工少，所以沒打卡鐘，老板也不是管很多，想說工作不好找，再跑看看 業務本來就是往外跑的，後來發現實在跑不出業務，七月中提出離職， 老板告知，就做到七月底，七月底有辦離職交接手續.. 今天領七月份薪水，只領到一萬初，很火大... 打去問老板，老板說因為出勤不正常..沒業績?? 因為會去跑外務，所以有時沒進公司，但是，都有報備過. 當然很不高興，這老板說一套做一套，面試時說新公司大家一起成長 七月底時，老板還說覺得有上軌道了，覺得離職好可惜，還說可以留職停職.. 事後被扣薪感覺非常的差勁，而且..覺得他根本事後放炮嘛 請問可憐的員工該怎麼自助??? >"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.78.24 ※ 編輯: jinlin7028 來自: 122.118.78.24 (08/12 15:02)
