104調查：43％社會新鮮人已找到工作

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】104人力銀行今天公布新鮮人求職動向調查，針對1441名今年畢業免當兵，或剛退伍但無工作經驗的社會新鮮人網路問卷調查發現，有43％求職者在畢業季後1個月已找到工作。

104資訊科技集團行銷處協理陳力孑說，今年新鮮人上工速度較快，主要是有半數以上新鮮人在畢業以前就開始求職，雖然主計總處統計全體平均失業率已較2年前下降，但15到24歲的青年失業率仍有近13％；預估今年景氣開高走低，新鮮人求職宜把握「黃金3個月」，儘快在9月前上工。
