【綜合報導】台北捷運信義線預計將於年底通車，帶動沿線的永康商圈店面行情，永康商圈店面目前平均每坪約218.25萬元，年漲幅約20.26％，此外，因著商圈效應，讓商旅業兢相進駐，7月甫開幕的捷運共構案「謙商旅」，就吸引不少陸客與香港自由行旅客。
