標題[請益] 輪班制颱風假強制上班

想問問這樣適合理的嗎 之前的公司做了三年 颱風假是不勉強去 今天去面試 卻說颱風假也要上班 想問問颱風假強制上班 或是依個人意願 哪個才是正常的? 另外 這間公司我兩三個月內去了三次(前兩次自己去 第三次他通知我去) 基本資料填了三次 考試也考了三次......... 這也算是正常嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.167.206
