馬兜鈴酸致腎癌 長庚發現基因突變

台灣腎臟癌及輸尿管泌尿道上皮癌每年約有800名新增個案，國內外文獻證實「馬兜鈴酸」是主要致病禍首。長庚醫院與新加坡癌症中心合作，找出馬兜鈴酸的基因突變指紋，它特別喜歡攻擊某特定DNA位置，引起人體細胞內的DNA突變，進一步導致腎癌及泌尿道上皮癌發生。

林口長庚泌尿腫瘤科主任馮思中表示，腎臟、輸尿管及膀胱是泌尿道上皮癌的好發器官，國外95%都是膀胱癌，腎癌及輸尿管癌症僅佔5%，但台灣腎癌及輸尿管癌很普遍，應與國人食用含有馬兜鈴酸的中草藥有關。
