涉圍標中油採購案 檢搜索廠商

（中央社記者劉世怡台北8日電）檢調接獲檢舉，有廠商借牌圍標中油公司附屬配件流量計等採購案；北檢今天指揮調查局北機站兵分6路搜索，約談涉案人。

檢調接獲檢舉，一家廠商邱姓負責人涉嫌在民國99年間向另4家廠商借牌圍標中油公司附屬配件流量計等兩件採購案，採購案的標金，各為新台幣數百萬元。

經長期蒐證後，台北地檢署承辦檢察官今天指揮調查局北部機動站幹員兵分6路搜索位於台北、桃園及高雄涉案廠商的辦公室及住居地，傳喚邱姓負責人等人到案，全案朝違反政府採購法罪嫌偵辦。1020808
