當初問過朋友是由農田重劃的

兩三年前是有一派說法是惡臭味 結果後來被戳破是惡意抹黑

但是早上會被工廠吵醒我住好幾年我是沒感覺到

淹水我沒有遇過 反而是住文山特區時被嚇過一次 車子也因此泡水了 但現在也改善多了

但是喜歡晚上安靜可以考慮 因為晚上蠻安靜的

買房子的人要注意一個問題就是抹黑問題!
