【快訊】重開羈押庭　何江忠用易付卡門號

【綜合報導】軍高院晚間開的羈押庭，最新進展，根據《壹電視》報導，是在晚間的7點23分開始，由於3人有串證的嫌疑，審判長在羈押庭開始就直接問何江忠、徐信正跟范佐憲三人，目前還有使用手機嗎。

面對審判長的問題，何江忠說目前手機沒用，交給太太管理，但有另外辦理一個易付卡門號，是拿來跟律師和軍中使用，而徐信正說，手機還有在使用，但用途沒有多做說明，至於前上士范佐憲，他則是回答，目前手機有用，不過只有打給家人。這場羈押庭，其實是軍檢認為有繼續羈押的必要，而且范佐憲在交保之後還到542旅過，很可能串證。
