軍審法快速修法過關監委憂心衝擊

軍審法快速修法過關，6日在監院全院談話會，引起至6、7位監委的關切，與熱烈發言。有監委提出警告，軍法審判較一般司法嚴峻，如果洪案移到一般司法機關審判，最後判決結果比軍法還輕，未來恐難善了。

陸軍義務役士官洪仲丘疑遭凌虐致死案，立法院為呼應民意，6日3讀修正通過軍審法部分條文，現役軍人非戰時犯罪回歸一般司法機關追訴、審理，洪仲丘案適用。

監察院6日下午舉行談話會時，包括監委李復甸、劉興善、葉耀鵬、趙昌平、葛永光等人，均對軍審法修法及洪仲丘案發表意見，希望能做為監院的一致立場，對外發聲，但在討論後，結論是「監院不宜表示意見」。
