好讀圖文網誌版：http://fairylolita.pixnet.net/blog/post/176638457 餐廳名稱：尚高韓家 消費時間：2013年/7月 地址：台北市光復南路280巷48號 電話：02-2711-5687 營業時間：平日11：30～14：30、17：30～21：00； 假日11：30～15：00、17：30～22：00 之前在網路看到尚高韓家的食記後，立馬就收下口袋名單 只能說完全被那加了起司的辣炒年糕給迷惑，感覺就超好吃的樣子呀！ 尚高韓家是日本最大韓國料理連鎖店， 明明是韓國菜，怎麼又跟日本扯上關係呢？那是因為它是日式的韓國菜啦！！ 三個小妞就趁平日下班後，約在這兒吃飯聊天兼聚會囉：） 雖說是平日，但生意可比我想像中還好上許多呢！ 整間店看起來相當新穎，而且跟韓國餐廳一樣，擁有不少長型設計的木製桌子， 如果用餐人數比較多，也有小包廂可以使用呦！ 跟常見的韓國料理一樣，醃漬小菜都是免費無限供應的， 第一輪有醃泡菜、小黃瓜、馬玲薯沙拉及芝麻海帶芽等， 其中海帶芽最深得我心，吃來鹹甜鹹甜、口感濕潤夠味， 淡淡的白芝麻香氣也加分了不少呢！ 石鍋拌飯(NT.280元) 顏色搭配的關係，感覺上口味好像挺重的， 裡面的食材有海帶、青江菜、紅蘿蔔絲及豬肉， 味道偏甜卻不夠鹹，調味就很普通，有點吃不太習慣 海鮮煎餅(NT.390元) 不曉得是不是日式口味的有改良過，這煎餅根本就是薄皮比蕯嘛！！ 厚度也薄得太誇張了 > ///※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.67.57
