【徐珮君／台北報導】國防部前部長楊念祖因剽竊論文事件，上任6天就請辭，外界質疑國防部前部長高華柱事前知情楊剽竊論文之事，不過，高華柱上午參加行政 院卸任部會首長功績獎章頒獎時強力澄清說，他7月30日前都從來不知道此事，直到楊念祖請辭記者會才知道。高也保證：「絕無所謂軍中內鬥問題。」

高華柱說，就像朱教授(指世新大學講師朱政騏)所說，提供給媒體和立委的都是同一份資料，國防部對此毫無所悉；至於外界質疑楊念祖曾為論文多次進出中國，忠誠考核是否有問題？高未多說明，僅表示，忠誠考核由國家專責單位業管。
