組高清影音Mini-ITX電腦，請各路大大共商大策

以下是小弟自行做的功課，版子挑Mini-ITX(體積小，放桌上比較不礙眼)
系統灌WIN7，希望跑的動Full HD影片，以及文書處理時Word切換不Lag

CPU :A6-6400K 雙核心 3.9G+HD8470D(Turbo 4.1G)...........$2279
主機板 :微星 FM2-A75IA-E53/miniITX/1A1H/藍芽+WiFi.........$2990
RAM :金士頓DDR3 4G-1866*2條........................................$2500
機殼 :RC-120 advanced 新款雙U3(機殼比較矮，不會有城牆感).$1650
HD+電源:有零件

在全民共體時艱時期能省則省，各位說是吧??
如果CPU 換成A4-5300 雙核心、RAM換成1條金士頓DDR3 4G-1600
是否同樣可以滿足相同的需求??
