各位好，由於剛出社會找第一份工作，卻疑似遇到不合理待遇， 請各位幫我評估是否符合法律規範!! 工作地點：診所 待遇(底薪+獎金)：32000+3000 原商意工時：全班制，月休6天 週一至週五：早2.5 + 午3 + 晚3 周六：早2.5 + 午3 (週六晚間及周日不看診) (這部分我到現在才知道已超過基本工時雙週不得超過84的限制) 問題：診所提出人員太多，要我減少班次為以下 週一至週五：午3+晚3 周六：早2.5 + 午3 (隔周) 又由於剛開業，星期一晚上、星期三早上以及隔周六其實是沒有診的(沒開店) 請問這樣老闆以不滿每周42小時要求我只能以時薪計算合理嗎? 薪資計算方法卻把原本休診日都算到時薪分母內， 而實際上班數卻不含本來就休診的時數。 另外請問，勞基法有規定月薪者最低工時嗎? 先謝謝各位!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.227.9.131
