標題[問題] 賣事故車是否合法

各位好 去年我因為信任知名s*m中古車商 無專業人陪同下就買了外表精美的車 約28萬 合理價並不是特別便宜 當時車商並無提到車輛的問題 車輛開起來很順暢並沒有什麼怪異的 就在半年後 發現冷氣突然不涼 沒想到 灌冷媒後3天全流光 維修拆開內部才發現 b柱有過嚴重撞擊 引擎蓋裡面當然該有的都有 仔細檢查內部板子都是撞痕歪七扭八 還有好多的螺絲竟然直接沒有裝 花了好大比整修費 雖然沒有打算找車商理論 可是想瞭解一下 這個時代賣事故車 沒有先告知是合法的嗎 感謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.215.207.121
