【林世雄／台中報導】洪仲丘今天舉行告別式，馬英九總統將親臨致祭。家屬將向馬英九總統遞交陳情書，要求承辦洪仲丘案的軍檢應儘速與被害人建立溝通平台，強化被害人對公訴程序的實質參與。
