【王烱華／台北報導】國防部上午表示，陸軍第六軍團542旅政戰主任戴家有上校，調任陸軍第十軍團組長。

據指出，陸軍下士洪仲丘在進入禁閉室前，曾發送過長達300字求救簡訊給542旅政戰主任戴家有，簡訊中明確指出，「我有輕微幽室恐懼症，我不知道是否能撐過這七天。」戴家有在接獲簡訊後，仍同意洪仲丘送禁閉，形同將洪仲丘推入黃泉不歸路。
