HP惠普科技29日宣佈推出平板、觸控筆電、平板筆電三大系列新品，並首次出現Android系統產品。全系列新品以「Let’s touch!」為概念，加入全新的PHI設計理念，目標族群涵蓋商務人士、年輕消費者、社會新鮮人及自由工作者。
HP 2013新品分成三大系列：平板、觸控筆電、平板筆電。其中又特別將平板筆電稱之為Hybridbook，凸顯其同時具有筆電、平板的混合式特色。HP台灣惠普影像列印暨個人系統事業群 副總裁暨總經理胡大剛表示，2013年HP以全新的「PHI」設計理念，發展出：革新（PROGRESSIVE）、和諧（HARMONIOUS）與形象（ICONIC）三大黃金定律，承諾帶給消費者最完善的產品與服務。
HP ENVY觸控筆電 極羨系列：HP ENVY Touchsmart 14、HP ENVY Touchsmart 15
觸控筆電包括HP ENVY TouchSmart 14與HP ENVY TouchSmart 15兩款產品。ENVY系列筆電擁有鋁合金金屬外觀，HP ENVY Touchsmart 14特色在擁有QHD Plus高解析度（3200X1800）觸控螢幕，HP ENVY Touchsmart 15則強調擁有最新Intel Haswell i7四核心處理器。兩款筆電均內建Nvidia GeForce GT 740M 2GB DDR3高階獨立顯卡與BeatsAudio超廣角重低音。
