民眾控訴司法迫害，盼推動陪審團制

前水利署河川局局長賴丁甫的夫人陳春葉，今舉行記者會說，法官僅看廠商帳冊上記了一筆10萬元給她先生的帳目，就認定收賄，實際上是廠商為挪用公款，在帳冊上動了手腳，連廠商都坦言沒給錢，她先生卻在二審被判7年，現場律師表示，法官只憑帳冊認定有罪，非常可怕，呼籲司法院還給人民一直值得信賴的司法，推動陪審團制度。
