去年年底買了C/P值很高的sharp sh837w， 因為很討厭想換手機的時候，『手機還是新的』的那種感覺， 除了螢幕保護貼以外，堅持不用任何保護套， 在7/18手機跳車自殺， http://ppt.cc/CniD 想說合約尚未到期，又還在保固內，就想說打到聯強問問看， 客服人員態度很好，初估換液晶螢幕組1200~1300元， 所以就親自跑一趟聯強維修部， 7/18那天因為工作關係，到維修部都已經18:50了... 蠻不好意思的(維修部19:00下班) 但服務人員態度都非常好，不會因為快下班就臉臭 簡單跟我說明雖然在保固內，但螢幕破裂是人為，維修需要費用， 因為外殼也有磨損，服務人員總共報價初估是1700元， 如果費用低於1700元就直接修。 隔天7/19馬上撥電話給我說手機料件無庫存，維修需要2個星期的工作天， 維修好會傳簡訊通知，聯強網站也能查維修進度， 今天7/24撥電話給我說已經維修完畢，可以取件了！ 有圖有真相http://ppt.cc/DZw5 在這裡要給聯強一個讚喔！當然如果有到府收送服務會更完美啦！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.180.178
