標題[請問] 公共藝術拍照問題

今日在校園內對著 有名的羅丹的沈思者拍攝 乎有一路人甲說 "勿拍攝" "拍攝後勿上傳會有法律問題" 說違法著作權法 因為沒有授權拍攝？ 但是當地也沒有豎立牌子說禁止拍攝 請問如上傳會有怎樣的法律問題 附上圖片 http://ppt.cc/xfRC http://ppt.cc/gSk9 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.124.126
