關於I PHONE訊息問題

我的I PHONE訊息裡最近都會有廣告訊息出現，但它所發送的位置並不是電話號碼而是電子郵件，
來源所呈現的是電子郵件地址。
想請教有哪位達人可告訴我這些電郵訊息為何會出現在我的訊息裡？訊息一般不都是由手機門號發出怎會變成是電子郵件而且是出現在訊息裡？
有無方法可拒或阻擋這些訊息呢？
請高手達人幫小弟解惑，謝謝！
