洪案錄影帶變黑幕　桃檢：監視器遭黑布遮蔽

桃園地檢署調查陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘枉死案，發現禁閉室監視器80分鐘畫面一片漆黑，初步研判是有人以黑布遮蔽監視器，動機可能是為避免錄下惡整過程。

桃園地檢署21日下午前往案發269旅禁閉室進行勘驗，並查扣禁閉室內外16具攝影鏡頭。經漏夜解讀7月1日下午2點20分至3點40分的消失80分鐘錄影帶，其中3支大部分是黑畫面，但有時又錄到殘缺影像，懷疑監視器可能遭人以黑布掩蓋、訊號被動手腳。

桃檢已查扣禁閉室監視器主機、管理人員名冊、值勤紀錄、出入人員名冊、戰情官日誌，並繪製現場位置圖，攝影、錄影存證，期盼有利追查真相。

為了還原錄影帶資料，高檢署襄閱主任檢察官及專精電腦的檢察官陳傳宗21日被指派前往軍中調查。
