開車門疏忽害命　騎士閃不及遭撞飛

機車一輛一輛騎過，但路邊的白色轎車駕駛突然冷不防地打開車門，後方騎士閃避不及就撞了上去。交通隊交安組長李文雄：「這是機車騎士和他後面載的，走過來的是汽車駕駛。」

女騎士當場往前傾摔了出去，左手骨折，但坐在機車後座的媽媽則是往旁邊倒，頭部重摔在地，安全帽散落一旁，住院5天後宣告不治。李文雄：「她在開車門時碰撞機車右側，導致機車駕駛失控摔傷。」

事發在基隆市安一路的黃線臨停區，這條道路約10公尺寬，雙向各一線道，當時車來車往，開車門的無照女駕駛一時疏忽，害得時速只有40的女騎士被撞飛，後方車輛還差點剎車不及，輾過這對母女，警方調查後認為肇事婦人，沒有依照「反手開、轉身看」，兩段式開車門，才會釀成意外，以過失致死罪嫌將她移送，最重可判2年徒刑，一時疏忽卻害了一人命，無照開車又害人害己。
