標題[心得] 洗臉的頻率

之前因為臉頰冒了一堆痘痘去看了皮膚科 (以前青春期只長額頭) 想說到底是怎麼回事 結果醫生跟我說你這多洗臉就好 我說一天洗兩次可以嗎？ 他說只要你摸鼻頭油油的就可以用洗面乳洗了 然後他還拿了一張報導給我看 上頭說一天可以洗六七十次臉都沒關係！ 而且還說他年輕時就下定決心要當皮膚科醫師 就照著這個方式作 皮膚的確是非常好 雖然我半信半疑但還是照作 不得不說皮膚真的有變好 因為我還用dr.Wu v6微導美白化妝水上三層 整個臉毛細孔好像也變小(？) 膚色不均好像也稍微改善了~ 如果有跟我一樣有痘痘毛孔粗大油肌加膚色不均暗沉的女孩 (是說應該沒有人跟我一樣膚況集所有缺點於一身的啦哈哈) 不妨可以試試看這個方法~ 以上~ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.216.76.177
