我真的相信台灣房價要崩盤了
不過不是全台灣
是雙北市要崩而已

最近新聞猛爆房市交易低落
但注意
這些新聞都是在報"北部"
中部 南部幾乎都是建設的新聞

再加上中南部最近的莫名漲幅

合理推斷

北部玩不下去的都跑去中南部玩了
雙北還玩的起
看到玩不起的下來中南部玩
也不甘示弱得下去卡位
就這樣
雙北跌
中南部卻漲
看來另外三都更是卡位重點了

套句股市說法
{不是要轉空頭 只是類股輪動}

雙北一間房的價錢
中南部應該買兩間沒問題

房價崩盤指日可待
只是崩的時候你敢買嗎??
