撐不下 NEC退出智慧機市場

（中央社台北17日電）日本「日經新聞」（Nikkei）報導，日本電子大廠恩益禧（NEC）與中國大陸個人電腦（PC）龍頭聯想集團協商未果，因此計劃退出虧損累累的智慧手機事業。

根據日經指出，恩益禧與聯想個人電腦事業上存在結盟關係，從2012年稍晚以來，恩益禧就針對旗下智慧手機事業與聯想展開協商。

恩益禧原本期望聯想能夠取得該公司智慧手機事業NEC Casio Mobile Communications Ltd.的多數股權，惟該要求未能獲得聯想同意。

NEC Casio的現有股東有卡西歐計算機（CasioComputer Co.）與日立製作所Hitachi Ltd（）等。

恩益禧曾經稱霸日本智慧手機市場，目前市占僅剩下5%左右。

恩益禧未來將專注傳統手機，並出售部分行動電話相關專利。

據了解，恩益禧將把NEC Casio員工轉調至其他集團企業。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1020717
