求救!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!主硬碟在使用中，螢幕熄滅之後，沒畫面後就無法開機，bios就抓不到了!

今天在看電影，突然畫面停格，結果重開機就抓不到這顆硬碟了，我有用大4pin轉sata接頭，後來發現鬆掉了，接回去也沒有反應，換其它硬碟的電源接頭也無效，這樣是燒壞了嗎?
